Submission
Researchers are invited to submit an extended abstract presenting original, unpublished work.
- Abstract submission deadline: 11 September 2026
- Notification of acceptance: 15 September 2026

Registration
The registration fee is:
- EUR 100 (520 RON) – academics and professionals
- EUR 50 (260 RON) – master’s and PhD students
Payment in EUR applies only to participants registering from abroad. Participants from Romania must pay the conference fee in RON.
The fee includes conference materials, coffee breaks, one lunch and the conference dinner.
Conference participants who require an invoice must:
- Request the issuance of the invoice before making the payment.
- Ensure that the internal necessity report (or approval for conference participation) is signed and approved by their institution’s management before the invoice is issued.
